RF Test Developer (ATE Systems) – Defense Industry | Central Israel

A leading defense company is looking for an RF Test Developer (ATE) to join our multidisciplinary engineering team. Ideal for an RF engineer with hands-on RF experience who wants to grow into automated test development.

What you’ll do:

Define and develop ATE systems for RF and digital testing.
Manage full project lifecycle — from specification (SPEC, SOW, TRD) to delivery and maintenance.
Work with internal and external teams on integration and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience with RF systems and RF testing.
Familiarity with test and measurement equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, VNA).
Experience with communication protocols such as TCP, UDP, SPI.
Background in multidisciplinary environments (HW, SW, RF, Digital).
Programming experience in C/C#/CVI – advantage.
Experience writing device drivers – advantage.
Experience working with internal and external subcontractors.
Strong technical writing skills (English).
