RF Test Developer (ATE Systems) – Defense Industry | Central Israel
A leading defense company is looking for an RF Test Developer (ATE) to join our multidisciplinary engineering team. Ideal for an RF engineer with hands-on RF experience who wants to grow into automated test development.
What you’ll do:
- Define and develop ATE systems for RF and digital testing.
- Manage full project lifecycle — from specification (SPEC, SOW, TRD) to delivery and maintenance.
- Work with internal and external teams on integration and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience with RF systems and RF testing.
- Familiarity with test and measurement equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, VNA).
- Experience with communication protocols such as TCP, UDP, SPI.
- Background in multidisciplinary environments (HW, SW, RF, Digital).
- Programming experience in C/C#/CVI – advantage.
- Experience writing device drivers – advantage.
- Experience working with internal and external subcontractors.
- Strong technical writing skills (English).
