Cliganic is a fast-growing global natural lifestyle brand selling across Amazon and DTC channels. We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and tech-oriented Customer Service & Customer Success Coordinator to own and elevate our customer experience.

This role directly impacts brand reputation, retention, and operational efficiency.

• Manage customer communication across Amazon, website, and social platforms

• Monitor reviews, VOC trends, and satisfaction metrics

• Lead complaint handling with QA and operations teams

• Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements

• Implement and optimize AI tools and automation workflows to improve response time and scalability

• Maintain structured reporting and documentation

• Excellent written English (mandatory)

• Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset

• Experience with AI tools, CRM systems, or automation platforms

• High attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills

• eCommerce or Amazon experience — advantage
