Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a motivated Full-stack Developer to join our engine engineering group. In this role, you will contribute to the development of core platform capabilities, working across both client-side logic and server-side systems. You will work within a high-performing squad where you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced leads, take ownership of specific features, and grow your technical skills in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

What Will You Do

• Develop and maintain features spanning engine logic and backend services, ensuring code is clean, well-tested, and maintainable.
• Break down product requirements into actionable tasks and provide realistic estimates for your work.
• Implement unit and integration tests for your features and assist in monitoring their performance in production.
• Partner with peers, QA, and Product to resolve bugs, unblock delivery, and ensure high-quality releases.
• Proactively learn the team’s core stack and contribute to internal documentation and process improvements.
• Developing expertise in Node.js and Relational/NoSQL databases, with the ability to implement defined features with increasing independence.
• A commitment to writing robust, scalable code and following the team's established architectural patterns.
• A strong desire to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
  
  

• Approximately 2+ years of experience in a professional software development environment.
• Solid grasp of the Document Object Model (DOM), including an understanding of how the browser renders content.
• Experience writing server-side logic in Node.js and basic knowledge of database interaction.
• Proficiency with Git (branching, merging, pull requests).
• Understanding of unit testing and a "quality-first" mindset.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  
  

• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and cloud basics (GCP is a plus).
• Knowledge of browser rendering performance and event delegation.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Knowledge in incorporating LLMs or AI APIs into product features, with an understanding of the architectural implications of AI-driven capabilities (major plus).
• Familiarity with web accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design (major plus).
