Altius Capital is looking for a strong hands-on backend engineer to help build and scale our core platform.
This role is ideal for someone who loves building real systems, owning architecture, and gradually stepping into technical leadership while staying deeply involved in development.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and product stakeholders while helping shape the technical direction of the company.
What you’ll do
* Build and scale backend systems and data pipelines
* Work on AI-driven capabilities within the platform
* Own architecture and key technical decisions
* Help guide and mentor a small team of AI-driven developers
* Stay deeply hands-on while taking increasing technical ownership
What we’re looking for
* Strong backend development experience (Python preferred)
* Experience building systems from scratch to production
* Previous experience as a Tech Lead or mentoring developers – advantage
* Strong system design skills and product thinking
* Experience with data / AI systems – big advantage
📍 Hod Hasharon (hybrid, preference for office presence)
