Information Technology Field Technician

Role Overview

This is a full-time field position (Sunday–Thursday) including a company car.

• Traveling to company branches across the region

• Providing on-site technical support to end users

• Diagnosing and resolving PC hardware and software issues

• Installing and configuring computers, printers, scanners, and communication equipment

• Installing operating systems and infrastructure software

• Configuring Microsoft Office packages

• Supporting users in enterprise environments

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a PC Technician in an organization with 1,000+ users (military experience is acceptable)

• Ability to set up full work environments: hardware, PCs, printers, scanners, and networking

• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory

• Valid driver’s license –

• CCNA certification
