Comblack is recruiting a CIO for a large organization in the Shfela region!
The role includes leading the development strategy for all core systems in the organization, managing a team of developers and multiple outsourced vendors, and driving digital transformation across On-Premise and cloud environments.
What are we looking for?
10+ years of experience in the field, including at least 4 years managing a large development unit (30+ employees).
Proven experience in senior management in the government/public sector and managing vendors at a significant scale.
Deep expertise in advanced architectures, integration, CI/CD, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
Significant familiarity with diverse development platforms and CRM infrastructures.
Strategic leadership abilities, experience managing complex budgets, and excellent interpersonal skills for building healthy working relationships.
