Python Developer (Offensive Security)

What we’re looking for (3+ years of experience)

• Strong hands-on experience building production-grade Python (infrastructure, services, automations, APIs).
• Practical experience in Web Penetration Testing / Red Team - deep understanding of attack methodologies and vulnerabilities.
• Experience working with AI/LLMs - integrating models into automation, traffic/data analysis, classification, summarization, decisioning, or agent flows.
• Hands-on experience with browser automation: for spidering, login flows, UI analysis, and complex scenarios.
• Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, including raw requests/responses, authentication flows, sessions, cookies, and headers.
• Experience with tools/frameworks such as: requests/httpx, asyncio, FastAPI/Flask, parsing, crawling, queue/worker patterns.
• Product mindset and ownership - ability to take a feature end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, and performance improvements.

Big advantage if you also have

• Experience building scanners, Recon/Enumeration, fuzzing, and offensive automation tools.
• Experience with Docker, AWS, databases (MongoDB/Redis/Postgres), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to quickly read and understand third-party code and assess attack surface.
• Experience writing PoCs or conducting vulnerability research (CVE / 0-day research).

What you’ll do

You’ll build advanced capabilities for CYTRIX’s Agentic Red Team Platform - offensive automation flows, intelligent scanning, traffic analysis, browser automation (including complex login flows), and AI-driven decision-making that turns insights into real, customer-facing value.
