Senior Backend developer

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Backend-leaning) who will be instrumental in scaling and evolving our platform with a strong focus on backend performance, reliability, and rapid execution.

Must Have

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience building production systems (microservices, APIs, security, and modern frameworks)
• Strong Node.js + TypeScript experience in real-world production environments
• Hands-on MongoDB experience (schema design, performance tuning, indexing, aggregation, data modeling)
• React experience for building and maintaining user-facing features (not just backend-only)
• Proven experience designing and implementing low-latency, highly available, and scalable services

Huge Advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a prestigious university

Skills

• Seamlessly integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic to deliver a polished end-to-end experience
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, highly scalable applications to meet the demands of a growing user base
• Integrate multiple third-party systems and data sources to enhance the functionality and intelligence of our platform
• Own features end-to-end: design, implement, test, deploy, monitor, and iterate
