Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Raanana, with some work-from-home flexibility. The EWM Implementer will be responsible for implementing and managing Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) systems. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes, configuring EWM software solutions to meet operational needs, ensuring seamless integrations, providing support during go-live processes, and delivering user training. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining project documentation will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in EWM Implementation, including system configuration and customization
• Proficiency in analyzing warehouse management processes and translating them into technical solutions
• ability to train end-users and create relevant documentation
• Familiarity with integration techniques for linking EWM with ERP and other related systems
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English; Hebrew is an advantage
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience in IT services or supply chain management industries is a plus
