Key responsibilities:
Team management: Leading field agents nationwide and increasing sales volumes.
Business development: Managing strategic customers, negotiating, and identifying growth opportunities.
Strategy and marketing: Formulating commercial plans, building goals, and maintaining the company's marketing system.
Control: Data analysis, budget management, and creating continuous work interfaces (logistics/operations).
Experience in managing a complex sales system - mandatory
Experience and knowledge in the field of marketing, and working with strategic customers - mandatory
Experience in the field of manufacturing/electricity/plastics/industry, etc. - mandatory
Commercial thinking, business understanding, and experience in building work plans.
Experience working with ERP systems - mandatory, Priority - an advantage.
Willingness to work that combines field travel - mandatory
