Comblack is recruiting an experienced PMO with expertise in procurement and quality for a large, stable organization in Jerusalem!
The role includes managing a portfolio of approximately 150 projects, streamlining procurement processes, assisting in drafting tenders, managing complex budgets, and monitoring timelines in accordance with the Mandatory Tenders Law and Accountant General directives.
What are we looking for?
At least 4 years of experience in managing and controlling technological projects (including 3 years as a PMO).
In-depth knowledge of the Mandatory Tenders Law, procurement regulations, and Accountant General directives.
Experience working in the public/government sector and strong proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
Project management certification or course (PMP, CAPM, PMO-CP, or similar).
Significant advantage for experience working with the SIGMA (Merkava) system for reporting purposes.
