Are you a Cisco expert with a knack for leadership? We’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader to spearhead end-to-end projects in the Cisco Collaboration ecosystem.
What’s the Mission?
· Design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge communication & collaboration platforms.
· Lead complex integrations and ensure peak performance across the organization.
· Dive deep into Cisco technologies to solve high-level technical challenges.
What You Bring:
· Experience: 3+ years in Cisco Collaboration (CUCM, UCCX, CUBE, EXP).
· Tech Savvy: Proven track record in high-level troubleshooting and Rest API integrations (CX/CI systems).
· Skills: Excellent communication, interface management, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
· Bonus: CCNP / CCIE certification – a major plus!
