DevOps Tech Lead - JB-502

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic DevOps Tech Lead to join our growing AI division. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for supporting algorithmic teams within the AI division, as well as collaborating with peer teams in the Shared Services Group. Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead the DevOps Team:

• Provide hands-on leadership to a high-performing DevOps team
• Support algorithmic teams within the AI division and collaborate closely with peer teams in the Shared Services Group
• Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and operational excellence

2.Develop and Maintain Infrastructure:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable DevOps pipelines and systems
• Support deployment workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
• Ensure optimal performance and uptime across critical environments

3.Drive Collaboration and Alignment:

• Act as the primary interface between the DevOps team and other teams, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with broader organizational goals
• Work effectively with both well-established teams and newly formed teams, demonstrating patience, adaptability, and proactivity
• Provide solutions and insights to improve operational efficiency and team performance

4.Promote Innovation and Best Practices:

• Stay up to date with the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and practices
• Implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
• Promote and enforce best practices in DevOps, security, and scalability

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles

• At least 3 years of leading experience DevOps or engineering teams

• Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based systems (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)

• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Ability to work seamlessly with both well-established teams and newly formed teams

• A proactive approach, with the ability to think holistically and drive initiatives independently
