Experienced team (CTO + GM/COO). Now tackling strategic infrastructure that companies currently treat as an outsourced cost centre.

We're pre-product-market-fit, which means: high impact, high ownership, high velocity.

The Role

We're looking for an AI Builder to join as one of the first engineering hires and lead development of our core product.

You'll be:

• Building AI-powered workflows from scratch — models, prompts, agents, evaluation pipelines
• Owning technical architecture decisions in a fast-moving, unstructured environment
• Shipping rapidly — think weeks, not quarters
• Working directly with founders and a Nasdaq-listed design partner

You'll shape the product, the culture, and the company.

What We're Looking For

Must have:

• Deep experience with modern AI development (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agents)
• Strong full-stack chops — you can build end-to-end
• Experience with Vercel
• Track record of shipping AI products or features to production
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration

Bonus points:

• Experience building dev tools, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS
• Background in legal-tech, compliance, or regulated domains
• Early-stage startup experience
