Online Reputation Specialist (Israel)

GetsMine is looking for an Israel-based freelancer to support online reputation management and our brand presence across key platforms.

Platforms (priority):

• Google Business Profile (Google Maps)
• Trustpilot
• App Store / Google Play
• relevant local Israeli platforms/forums (as agreed)

What you’ll do:

• Manage and improve our brand presence inside each platform (profiles, listings, formats, policy compliance).
• Navigate platform policies and moderation: anti-fraud signals, trust factors, account health, and support escalation when needed.
• Help set up a compliant review collection process from real customers/users (we provide messaging templates and materials — you ensure the process is policy-safe and locally appropriate).
• Monitor mentions and support HE/EN responses and reputation best practices.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile (must-have).
• Strong understanding of platform rules, moderation, and compliance.
• Experience with Trustpilot and app store ecosystems is a plus.
• Manual work only (no automation, no mass actions).
• Languages: Hebrew + English.



Format & payment:

Remote. Payment is based on the volume of completed work (agreed tasks/packages).
