Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Full responsibility for the factory's raw materials inventory (RMI), including performing periodic and annual inventory counts.
• Operations and Logistics: Coordinating shipments from the port and suppliers. Unloading, receiving, registering and storing goods (tools, cleaning materials, work clothes, etc.). Working with external warehouses and exporting containers to customers abroad.
• Quality Control: Performing incoming control of raw materials (quality and quantity), including rejection and return to the supplier in accordance with procedures.
• Production Support: Supply and issue to production departments in accordance with the METAFI plan. Transferring purchase requirements for auxiliary materials for production.
• Waste Management: Clearing and selling production waste, performing approved destructions and handling slow-moving inventory in collaboration with the METAFI.
• Shipping: Coordinating and documenting transportation, loading finished products and ongoing work with carriers.

Qualifications:

• Professional experience: Proven experience in managing a raw materials warehouse in an industrial company.
• Shipping and delivery: Experience in supplying materials and assemblies to internal and external customers.
• Languages: Good level of English – mandatory.
• Technical skills: Ability to read technical drawings.
• Computer systems: Experience and mastery of warehouse work in the ERP Priority system – a significant advantage.
• Certification: License and experience working on a forklift – an advantage.
• Personality: Integrity, assertiveness, professionalism, dynamism and ability to work in interfaces with internal and external parties.
