We are entering our next growth stage and looking for a leader who can build and manage a world-class SDR organization across inbound and outbound.
This is a high-impact leadership role directly influencing pipeline, revenue, and company growth.
The Mission
Own and scale the opportunity creation engine.
You will lead inbound and outbound SDR teams, create predictable pipeline, and turn Warmy into a category leader through systematic prospecting and qualification excellence.

What You Will Do
Leadership & Team Management
- Manage and scale inbound and outbound SDR teams globally
- Hire, train, and coach SDRs to hit aggressive targets
- Build a high-performance, accountable culture
- Run weekly performance reviews and pipeline meetings
Inbound Excellence
- Optimize speed-to-lead and qualification processes
- Improve lead-to-meeting conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with marketing on lead quality and campaigns
- Build scripts and frameworks for discovery and qualification
Outbound Engine
- Design outbound strategy across segments and ICPs
- Own messaging, sequences, targeting, and experimentation
- Implement modern outbound tools and AI workflows
- Create predictable outbound pipeline generation
Process & Systems
- Improve CRM workflows and SDR automation
- Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting with RevOps
- Establish best-in-class playbooks and operating procedures
Revenue Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
- Ensure smooth handoff from SDR to Account Executives
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams

Who You Are
- Proven experience managing SDR / BDR teams in SaaS
- Strong outbound expertise (this is critical)
- Data-driven and process-oriented mindset
- High ownership and execution speed
- Excellent coaching and leadership ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing remote environment
- Fluent English
Big advantage if you have experience with:
- B2B SaaS
- Deliverability / MarTech / SalesTech
- Modern outbound tools (Apollo, Clay, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.)
- AI-assisted prospecting
