The Mission

As our Legal Operations Manager, you aren’t just filing paperwork; you are managing the journey of individuals and corporations moving across borders. You will bridge the gap between complex legal requirements and world-class client service, ensuring that every visa application, consular interview, and data point is handled with surgical precision.

What You’ll Do

• Architect the Process: Launch and oversee immigration projects, setting up collaborative tech environments for our teams and clients.
• Master the Tech: Own our customized application suite and case management systems, keeping data flows and filing statuses updated in real-time.
• The Consular "Pro": Lead the charge on US Embassy processing—from managing accounts and reviewing DS-160s to prepping clients for that all-important interview.
• Strategic Support: Partner with attorneys on document management, coordinate with vendors, and ensure every filing fee and translation is accounted for.
• Client Connection: Act as a primary point of contact, providing updates on passport statuses and visa timelines with clarity and empathy.
  
  

• Educated & Experienced: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and ideally have 2-3 years of experience in a business, legal, or ops setting.
• Language Powerhouse: You have native-level English with "faultless" grammar. Advanced Hebrew is a huge plus for those "light" translation moments.
• Detail Obsessed: You’re the person who catches the typo everyone else missed. You find peace in a perfectly organized spreadsheet.
• Tech Savvy: You enjoy learning new software and using it to make workflows more efficient.
• Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and don't mind the occasional "out-of-hours" task to get a project across the finish line.
