About the Role
We are an established startup with strong momentum in innovative technology solutions and a clear path to scale. We’re looking for a Mid-Level Account Executive to own new business in Israel and drive our next wave of growth.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new logos in Israel, targeting high-fit technology companies aligned with our ideal customer profile. You will manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: from outbound prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close-operating with high autonomy while collaborating closely with technical account management, customer success, and senior leadership on deal strategy and execution.
This is a hunter role, focused on landing new logos in Israel’s dynamic tech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business independently with minimal day-to-day guidance.
- Execute full-cycle sales: outbound prospecting, discovery, MEDDPICC qualification, demo/pilot coordination, negotiation, and closing medium-to-high complexity deals.
- Build and maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline; keep forecasts, activity logs, and CRM data up to date and reliable.
- Develop tailored value propositions, account plans, and prioritization frameworks to drive consistent pipeline creation and deal progression.
- Lead deal reviews, identify risks early, and build mitigation plans to ensure predictable closes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners to accelerate deal velocity and customer success.
- Share best practices and mentor peers; contribute to team enablement and knowledge sharing.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual quota with resilience, urgency, and ownership.
About You
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS or technology sales experience with a proven track record of closing new logos.
- Strong command of sales fundamentals, including MEDDPICC qualification, pipeline management, and Salesforce forecasting.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment while knowing when to escalate or collaborate.
- Ability to articulate business value and ROI, tailor messaging, and position differentiated solutions.
- Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable handling ambiguity and setbacks.
- Proactive self-learner with a growth mindset and strong execution bias.

- Fluent in Hebrew and English; strong familiarity with the Israeli tech ecosystem. Additional languages are a plus.
