A well-established global company is seeking a hands-on Head of IT to lead all IT operations across multiple sites.

This is a practical leadership role in a projects-oriented environment, supporting both office staff and blue-collar employees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IT operations (infrastructure, networks, ERP, cybersecurity)
• Ensure system stability, security, and business continuity
• Lead system upgrades and modernization initiatives
• Support operational teams and improve processes
• Manage external vendors and a small internal IT team

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of IT experience, including managerial responsibility
• Experience in manufacturing / industrial / operational environments
• Strong hands-on technical background
• Business-oriented, practical, and service-minded approach
