Senior AI Developer - 3737

A global AI base adoults vertical platform, is seeking for A Senior AI Developer to join the growing team (millions of users un the global markets)

What You’ll Do

● Design, build, and maintain Python-based AI services for LLM-driven features

● Develop FastAPI microservices for inference, orchestration, and internal tooling

● Integrate and optimize LLMs (open-source and proprietary) into real product flows

● Implement prompt engineering strategies, templates, and evaluation loops

● Own production quality: performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency

● Build clean, modular code architecture that is easy to extend

● Collaborate with Product Managers on turning PRDs into technical designs

● Participate in Kanban-based development and iterative delivery

● Review code, propose improvements, and raise engineering standards

Required (High Priority)

● 3–5+ years of professional experience with Python

● Strong experience with LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, etc.)

● Production experience with FastAPI (or similar Python frameworks)

● Solid code architecture and system design skills

● Strong Git workflow (PRs, code reviews, branching)

● Hands-on prompt engineering experience

● Familiar with Kanban / agile workflows

Nice to Have (Mid Priority)

● Docker & containerized deployments

● AWS (or similar cloud)

● Fine-tuning, LoRA, adapters

● MLOps / LLMOps concepts

● CI/CD pipelines

● Linux server environment

● Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

● RunPod, Fal, or other GPU providers
