We are looking for a Head of AI & Infrastructure – a tech visionary who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and production-grade engineering in a complex, large-scale environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Scale: Mentor and grow a high-performing group of AI and Infrastructure engineers building solutions for mission-critical problems.
• Technical Vision: Define and evolve the AI & Infrastructure roadmap, ensuring we adopt modern, reliable, and secure systems.
• Bridge the Gap: Balance rapid innovation with the stability and compliance required in a highly regulated, large-scale organization.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Drive decisions through consensus and trust, working closely with Product, Security, Architects, and senior leadership.
• From Lab to Life: Ensure AI systems aren't just "models" but production-grade solutions that operate at scale.

Who You Are

• Proven Leader: 5+ years of managerial experience, including 2+ years managing managers (Team Leads). You know how to hire, give feedback, and own delivery end-to-end.
• AI Veteran: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and ML Engineering, with deep knowledge of both LLMs and classical ML systems.
• Production-Oriented: You understand what it takes to succeed with AI in the real world (Python, System Design, APIs, Testing, and MLOps).
• Navigator of Complexity: You have a proven ability to move initiatives forward in large or highly constrained organizations, bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical decision-makers.
• Exceptional Communicator: You are comfortable working with executive-level stakeholders and can influence without direct authority.

Nice to Have

• Experience in highly regulated sectors (e.g., Healthcare, FinTech).
• Active presence in the tech community (Kaggle contests, open-source contributions).
