International Business Development Manager (B2B Hunter)
Travel eSIM | Global Markets | Remote / Israel-Based
We are looking for a proactive, high-energy International Business Development Manager to lead global market expansion in the travel connectivity space.
This is a true hunter role — focused on opening new markets, building B2B partnerships, and driving revenue growth across the U.S. and international travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with global travel companies (tour operators, travel agencies, Online Travel Agencies, travel-tech platforms, etc.)
- Build and manage a structured outbound pipeline from scratch
- Conduct proactive outreach via email, calls, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
- Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing and onboarding
- Negotiate commercial terms, including revenue-share and partnership models
- Represent the company at international travel conferences and industry events
- Maintain CRM discipline and track performance metrics
- Provide ongoing relationship management to active partners
- Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy and market penetration
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven hunter mindset — experience opening new markets and generating leads independently
- Strong experience working with international clients (U.S. market experience preferred)
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Ability to sell partnership-based or technology-driven solutions
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to work across time zones and travel occasionally
Strong Advantage
- Experience in travel industry (tour operators, agencies, travel tech)
- Background in telecommunications, mobile carriers, or eSIM
- Experience selling API, white-label, or revenue-share models
