We are looking for a talented and data‑driven Analyst to join our team and play a key role in performing financial analyses, managing complex compensation data, and supporting critical accounting and reporting processes.

What you’ll do

• Collection and analysis of agent compensation data from multiple sources (DB queries, reports from various systems).
• Calculation of accruals and preparation of journal entries.
• Reconciliation and controls in settlements with in‑house agencies and against the General Ledger (GL) in SAP.
• Definition and generation of balance sheet reports and initiation of process improvement initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel – mandatory.
• Development using Power Query in Excel and Power BI – mandatory.
• Strong command of SQL – mandatory.
• Knowledge of BI modeling – a significant advantage.
• Experience working with SAP – a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry – a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of systems analysis – an advantage.
