Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Customer Service Logistics professional. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing logistics-related operations. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, handling phone and email communications with professionalism, resolving client issues promptly, and maintaining a strong focus on improving overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and issue resolution expertise
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective communication
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in healthcare or medical equipment industries is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and CRM software is a plus
• Proficiency and practical experience utilizing SAP software
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
