As part of our continued growth and operational excellence, we are seeking a Production Planning & Control (PPC) Specialist to join our team.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities
• Manage and monitor raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory
• Ensure cross-departmental alignment to meet production plans and delivery schedules
• Allocate and schedule resources to achieve company targets and customer requirements
• Build and manage production work plans
• Open and manage work orders; conduct daily performance tracking and follow-up

• Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management – mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Planning & Control – mandatory
• Experience working in a multi-SKU environment – advantage
• Strong ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• High service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
• Assertiveness and ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, multitasking environment
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills – mandatory
• Experience with SAP – advantage
• Experience in traditional manufacturing or pharma/food industries (formulation-based production) – advantae.
