Role Overview-

• Taking the technical lead of the Machine Learning Engineering team, bridging the gap between high-level data science research and robust production environments.
• Owning the end-to-end model lifecycle, including data set creation, model training, tuning, versioning, and automated deployment.
• Designing and building the infrastructure for distributed training and inference, managing GPU cluster scaling, and implementing feature stores and vector databases.
• Developing critical tooling for research teams, ensuring high standards for CI/CD, monitoring, and observability of models in production.

Requirements-

• 5 years of professional experience in Software Engineering – Mandatory.
• 3 years of focused experience in Machine Learning Engineering – Mandatory.
• Expert proficiency in Python development – Mandatory.
• Extensive experience with distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark or Flink – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of ML infrastructure tools including Ray, Dask, and specialized inference environments – Mandatory.
• Strong background in CI/CD, monitoring, and production-grade observability – Mandatory.
