CDSL, a subsidiary of Chemipal and Diplomat - two of Israel’s leading logistics and distribution groups, is looking for a Company Controller to join the senior management team.
This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key role in leading the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, and control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of financial statements in a public-company reporting format and present them to management and the Board of Directors
- Oversee the company’s budgeting and budget control processes
- Conduct financial and operational/logistical analyses
- Work closely with the group’s accounting teams and provide professional guidance
- Lead tax reporting and audit processes at the group level
- Serve as a key financial partner to senior leadership
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 4 years of experience in a significant finance role: Controller / Assistant Controller / Audit Manager from a leading accounting firm
- Strong expertise in preparing financial statements in accordance with public reporting standards and tax regulations
- High proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities with the ability to work under pressure
- Solid understanding of contracts and external commercial engagements
- Proven managerial capabilities and strong growth potential
