About the Role:  

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver implementation projects of our digital compliance solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. The role involves working closely with customers, internal teams, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of our systems.

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple software implementation projects from initiation to closure.  

- Build project plans, track milestones, and communicate progress.  

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.  

- Ensure alignment with regulatory standards such as GxP, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 11.  

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, quality, support).  

- Handle scope, risk, and change management.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a project manager, preferably in life sciences or regulated industries.

- Strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory frameworks (pharma/medical device).  

- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.  

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.  

- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
