Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bnei Brak for an Information System Analyst. Responsibilities include analyzing complex information systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of IT systems. The analyst will assess systems for improvements, document requirements, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and implement technical solutions to support healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Systems Analysis to assess, interpret, and optimize workflows and processes.
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve system issues effectively.
• Solid background in Information Technology, specifically system maintenance and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience in healthcare information systems or a related field is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is considered.
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew for seamless communication.
