Head of Business Development

Company Description

We are a stealth AI company building a research and workflow platform for hedge funds and asset managers. The product is in beta with live users, and we are preparing for broader commercialization within investment management.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Business Development, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.

The role includes leading go-to-market strategy, building and managing institutional sales pipelines, running enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, and converting beta users into paying clients. The Head of BD will be considered a founding team member.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience at a startup, investment bank, asset manager, or related financial institution
• Proven ability to manage institutional sales cycles from outreach to close
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical products clearly
• Proficiency in English

Preferred:

• MBA
• Experience in fintech, financial data, SaaS, or AI products
• Experience selling into hedge funds or asset managers
• Existing network within investment management
• Experience engaging senior decision-makers (CIOs, PMs, Partners, Heads of Research)
