This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Legal Counsel, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.

This position offers broad exposure to corporate, commercial, and investment-related work within a dynamic multi-sector environment.

The Legal Counsel will provide ongoing legal support to the group and its affiliated entities, working closely with management and business teams. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, supporting investment transactions and strategic partnerships, conducting legal research, and coordinating with external law firms in Israel and abroad.

The role is designed for a lawyer who wants to grow within an active business environment, gain hands-on experience across diverse sectors, and be part of strategic decision-making processes.

• Licensed to practice law in Israel
• Early-career lawyer with relevant corporate or commercial experience
• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Business-oriented mindset and curiosity to learn
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English
• Experience in investments, technology, or compliance is an advantage.
