Corporate Legal Counsel

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Legal Counsel with a strong background in corporate and commercial law to join our dynamic legal team. This role provides meaningful, hands-on involvement in the core corporate activity of a multinational group, including direct exposure to senior management, interaction with global teams, and participation in significant governance and regulatory processes. It is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer with strong analytical abilities and a desire to grow within a fast-paced international legal environment.

Qualifications and Exp

erience
Law degree from a recognised institution; admission to practice law in

Israel.1–3 years of post-qualification experience in the Corporate department of a leading l

aw firm.Solid background in corporate law, corporate governance, and commercial agr

eements.Native-level Hebrew and high-level English. Additional languages are an ad

vantage.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks concu

rrently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a team player with the ability to work effectively with global stake

holders.Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced envi

ronment.
