The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who loves turning complexity into clarity. You’ll shape the experience across multiple products to help our users to get from learning to readiness quickly and confidently. If you want to design products with real‑world impact, move fast, and help define a category, this is your role.
What You’ll Do
- Own the experience for key flows across our portfolio—set UX direction, unify patterns, and raise the bar for usability.
- Simplify complex workflows into intuitive journeys for trainees, instructors, and administrators.
- Prototype quickly and iterate with PMs, engineers, and domain experts; ship improvements on short cycles.
- Champion consistency—evolve a lightweight design system that scales across products and surfaces (2D/3D).
- Bring the user voice—turn field feedback and observations into clear, actionable design decisions.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5–8+ years in UX/Product Design with end‑to‑end product ownership.
- Portfolio showing clear thinking, interaction craft, and impact (not just visuals).
- Comfortable working in dynamic, high‑growth environments with evolving requirements.
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate decisions simply and persuasively.
- Bonus: familiarity with 3D design or gaming environment
