As we continue expanding our derivatives trading division, we are seeking a highly skilled Crypto Derivatives Trader to manage leveraged exposure across perpetual futures, fixed-term futures, and options markets. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on trading performance and capital growth.

• Execute and manage cryptocurrency derivatives strategies across multiple global exchanges.
• Trade perpetual futures, quarterly futures, and options with disciplined leverage management.
• Monitor funding rates, volatility regimes, open interest, and liquidity shifts.
• Implement structured risk controls, including stop-loss frameworks and drawdown limits.
• Manage cross-exchange collateral allocation and capital efficiency.
• Identify arbitrage, hedging, and volatility-based opportunities.
• Track trading performance metrics, PnL, and exposure reporting.

• Proven experience trading cryptocurrency derivatives with real capital.
• Strong understanding of leverage mechanics, funding rate dynamics, and liquidation structures.
• Experience navigating high-volatility market cycles.
• Advanced risk management discipline with controlled drawdown history.
• Ability to operate independently in a fully remote, performance-based structure.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
