Real Estate Financial Analyst – Asset Management

Buligo Capital, a publicly-traded real estate investment firm based in Ramat Gan, Israel, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented financial analyst to join our Asset Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in U.S. real estate investments, portfolio strategy, investor marketing, and financial analysis while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for potential acquisitions and asset performance
• Prepare investment memorandums, fundraising materials, and investment committee presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze monthly financial reports and participate in performance meetings with property managers
• Assist in preparing quarterly investor reports and provide input on annual property budgets and appraisals
• Collaborate with our U.S.-based operating partners throughout the investment lifecycle
• Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline asset management processes and derive data-driven insights across our portfolio of properties

Financial Analyst Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, or financial analysis
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (native or near-native level)
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
