Web Application Product Manager

A leading Israeli software company, specializing in SaaS-based solutions for Human Resources management, is seeking an experienced Web Application Product Manager. This role combines end-to-end product ownership with hands-on leadership of System Analysts and QA Engineers, offering a unique opportunity to influence both product direction and execution.

The position is based in Tel Aviv and operates under a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and continuous communication
• Lead planning, prioritization, and distribution of tasks across teams
• Facilitate and lead status meetings and ongoing progress reviews
• Translate business and organizational needs into clear, actionable product and system requirements
• Work closely with customers to analyze issues, define solutions, and manage delivery
• Deliver product and system training to internal and external users
• Author detailed requirements and specification documents
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a Product Management role
• Proven experience with SQL Server – mandatory
• Hands-on experience with web-based systems – mandatory
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to engage in in-depth discussions with development teams (a development background is a significant advantage)
• Experience managing or leading teams – an advantage
• Background working with SaaS-based products – a significant advantage
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments – an advantage
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles – an advantage
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
