Role Description

We are looking for several experienced English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Instructors to teach Trom Besisi and Besisi online courses during the Spring 2026 semester, which starts on March 2. The courses meet twice a week, on Sundays and Tuesdays, 17:30-20:30. The instructors will be responsible for teaching English to students of varying proficiency levels and following the course curriculum and lesson plans closely. Responsibilities also include checking students' assignments and the exam, and participating in departmental activities.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience as an EFL instructor in Higher Education in Israel
• Familiarity with the CEFR framework
• Ability to use educational technology (Google Docs, Padlet, Quizlet, breakout rooms) during the lessons
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
• Ability to learn quickly
• Willingness to invest time in learning new course material
• M.A. in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Certificate "From EAP to EPIC" is a plus
• Familiarity with multicultural learning environments is an advantage
