Job Description:

• Overall management of the division’s dedicated application landscape and responsibility for its ongoing performance
• Leading implementation and deployment processes of new systems from requirements definition through go-live
• Managing end-to-end application projects, including planning, control, and user guidance
• Ongoing support for end users and providing professional assistance to field project managers
• Close collaboration with project managers, business stakeholders, and senior management
• Evaluating and identifying new technological solutions and adapting them to business needs
• Ongoing management of the SharePoint environment (content management, permissions, and user support)
• Field work and supporting company sites as required

Job Requirements:

• Experience in managing enterprise applications / system implementation and deployment
• Proven experience leading end-to-end technological projects and implementations
• Experience working closely with business users and project managers
• Familiarity with technological solutions in the contracting / construction domains – significant advantage
• Familiarity with SharePoint
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and lead processes
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Willingness to travel frequently to company sites
