Salesforce Business Analyst / Salesforce Implementer

Leading Automotive Company

A leading company in the automotive industry is looking for an experienced professional with proven expertise in systems analysis and Salesforce implementation to join the Information Systems team.

This role involves initiating, analyzing, and leading projects across Sales, Service, and Marketing domains—from ideation and planning through execution, implementation, and ongoing monitoring—within a complex, multi-system environment using advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Translate business needs into HLD/LLD specifications and integration documents
• Provide business solutions using Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
• Configure and implement Salesforce according to best practices, including:
• User permissions and roles
• Objects, validations, and Flows
• Reports and dashboards
• Lead and manage tasks and projects, working closely with development, QA, implementation, and training teams
• Prepare test documentation and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field – required

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM systems analysis and design – required
• Proven experience in writing detailed functional and technical specifications – required
• Hands-on knowledge and implementation experience with Salesforce – required
• Experience with Sales / Marketing / Service processes – significant advantage
• Experience with development tools, SQL, and integration tools – significant advantage
• Experience working with VS Code / DevOps environments – significant advantage
