Director of Brand Communications & Employer Branding (Coming out of Stealth)

We’re looking for an experienced Director of Brand Communications & Employer Branding to help shape leading cybersecurity companies in coming out of stealth—as we position and brand some of the industry’s most significant players.

If you’ve been in the trenches of the Israeli startup ecosystem and truly live and breathe it, this role may be for you. You’ve built employer branding strategies from scratch, navigated both internal and external communications, and know how to speak to founders—clear, direct, and strategic.

We provide strategic branding, positioning, and go-to-market support to a curated portfolio of ambitious companies in the industry.

Role Description:

You'll work closely with early-stage and growth startups to build and execute:

• Employer branding strategy & creative - from positioning to visual storytelling
• External & internal communications strategy - for both the Israeli and US markets
• Founder-facing advisory - understanding the personas, the pressures, and the pace

Requirements:

• Deep, hands-on experience within the Israeli startup and tech ecosystem - not just familiarity, but genuine fluency.
• Prior experience working with or inside **PR agencies**
• A strong network within the Israeli entrepreneurial and tech community
• Experience working directly with founders 
• A combination of strategic thinking with creative execution in branding and communications.
• Hands-on experience at Cybersecurity or AI startups (in-house or as an external partner).
