Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Media Manager to lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing PPC team while driving media strategy for some of the largest and most recognized brands in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and professionally manage a team of PPC Campaign Managers
• Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies for large, complex clients
• Identify growth opportunities and proactively suggest strategic improvements
• Initiate and lead new media initiatives, testing frameworks, and innovation processes
• Oversee ongoing performance optimization and deep-dive analysis
• Work closely with senior clients and cross-functional internal stakeholders
• Build scalable processes and continuously raise the professional standard of the team

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience – Must
• Proven experience leading a team or directly managing employees – Must
• Full proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook) – Must
• Experience working with programmatic platforms
• Background managing large clients and significant media budgets
• Strong analytical mindset with solid business acumen
• Leadership skills, accountability, and the ability to take a team to the next level
