Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Employment Lawyer at our office located in Tel Aviv. The primary responsibilities include drafting and reviewing employment contracts, providing legal counsel on labor and employment regulations, representing clients in employment disputes and tribunals, and actively engaging in the resolution of labor-related matters. The role requires maintaining updated knowledge of Israeli employment law and providing comprehensive legal advice tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law, particularly in Employment Law
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in the field of Employment Law, including handling Labor Disputes and representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings
- In-depth understanding of employment regulations and related legal frameworks
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse client base
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- Israeli Bar Association certification
