Job Description:

• Responsible for a technological project within the Infrastructure and Cross-Organizational Projects Department, leading and coordinating large-scale technology projects in the infrastructure domain, with emphasis on cloud environments, automation, and support for advanced systems
• The role includes working on cloud infrastructure, implementing and embedding automation processes, leading cross-organizational technology projects, and supporting critical systems serving millions of customers and contributing to service improvement
• This is a significant role within an organization with a public mission, combining technological innovation with broad social impact, and offering work in a dynamic, complex, and multi-interface environment

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in managing IT and technology projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems specialization) / Information Systems Management OR Another Bachelor’s degree plus advanced courses in computerized information systems totaling at least 300 hours, OR instructional development courses totaling at least 150 hours OR Practical Engineer (Engineering Technician) graduate in Computers/Technology
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to drive people and processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills, accuracy, organization, and teamwork abilities
• In-depth familiarity and experience working with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working in large organizations – advantage
• In-depth familiarity and experience with Monday – advantage
• Familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, and information security domains – advantage
• Familiarity with Clarity PPM – advantage
