Reports to: U.S. General Counselֿ

A multinational company headquartered in Israel is seeking a senior M&A attorney to join its Washington, DC, office.

This role reports directly to the U.S. General Counsel and focuses on leading complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions within a global operating environment.

• Lead complex U.S. and international M&A transactions from inception through closing
• Manage due diligence, transaction documentation, and negotiations
• Advise senior management and the board on strategic corporate development initiatives
• Provide ongoing commercial legal support across U.S. and international operations

• Admitted to practice law in Israel - required
• Active U.S. bar admission - required
• Senior Associate or Junior Partner with demonstrated M&A deal leadership
• Significant cross-border transactional experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills

• Full-time, fully on-site position in Washington, DC
• Direct reporting line to the U.S. General Counsel
• Work visa sponsorship will be provided for the selected candidate and their spouse
