Terrific is building the platform that powers this shift. We enable brands, media companies, and creators to deliver live, interactive, and personalized experiences that blend commerce, content, and community. Design plays a central role in making this possible. We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape the product experiences at the core of our platform. You’ll design the tools our customers use to create these experiences and help define how interactive commerce feels, behaves, and evolves. This is an opportunity to do foundational work on a growing platform where design has direct product and business impact.

• Design intuitive, high-quality product experiences across commerce, media, and interactive interfaces
• Own the full design cycle from research and ideation through final UI and post-launch iteration
• Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions
• Build and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape product direction
• Use data and feedback to improve usability, engagement, and conversion
• Design within a flexible white-label platform supporting multiple brand identities
• Take ownership of both the functional and visual quality of your product areas

• 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS, consumer, e-commerce, or digital platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, craft, and shipped work
• Deep understanding of UX, interaction design, and product lifecycle
• High proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Experience building and working with design systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of conversion-driven design and user behavior
