Senior Board Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Board Design Engineer to join our team developing next-generation long-range LiDAR systems. This is an opportunity to work on advanced hardware combining high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and optoelectronic technologies.

The Role

You will lead the full lifecycle of complex electronic boards for high-performance LiDAR systems, working closely with system, optical, mechanical, FPGA, and algorithm teams.

• Own end-to-end board design: architecture, component selection, schematics, layout guidance, bring-up, validation, and debugging
• Design multilayer PCBs with high-speed digital, analog front-ends, RF, and power management
• Ensure signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC robustness, and low-noise performance
• Perform hands-on lab validation and root-cause debugging
• Support transition from prototype to production (DFM, documentation, manufacturing support)

Requirements

• 10+ years of board-level hardware design experience
• Strong mixed-signal design expertise (analog and digital)
• Solid RF and high-frequency design knowledge
• Experience with high-speed interfaces and multilayer PCB design
• Hands-on bring-up and debugging experience
• Experience with precision sensing or optoelectronics – advantage
• Wire bonding / die-level integration – significant advantage
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (M.Sc. preferred)
