Vacancy: Technical Project Manager – Drone & Robotics Systems (Hardware)

NTI is a manufacturer of rugged Ground Control Systems (GCS) and integrated hardware solutions for drones and robotic platforms.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead customer-facing hardware projects and coordinate system integration activities between clients and internal engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical interface between customers and engineering teams

• Manage hardware and system-level projects from requirements through delivery

• Translate customer operational and technical requirements into engineering tasks

• Coordinate R&D, electronics, mechanical design, and production activities

• Oversee system integration, configuration, and validation processes

• Track project milestones, risks, and technical deliverables

• Support preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and documentation

Requirements

• Strong technical background in UAV, robotics, or embedded electronic systems

• Solid understanding of hardware development and system integration processes

• Experience working with electronics, mechanical, or multidisciplinary engineering teams

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and system architecture

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Fluent English

Advantage

• Experience with GCS, radio communication systems, or rugged electronics

• Engineering background (electrical / mechanical / systems)

• Experience managing international technical projects
