Senior UA Manager - Gaming

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct execution and oversight of media buying across diverse mobile channels.
• Foster and sustain professional partnerships with primary UA vendors.
• Lead time-sensitive projects efficiently, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budgetary limits.
• Drive performance and ROI growth for mobile game titles across major social channels (Meta, X, TikTok, Snap, YT, ASA).
• Partner with internal marketing stakeholders to ensure the successful rollout of mobile initiatives.
• Conduct deep data analysis to uncover patterns, growth areas, and anomalies.
  
  

• Minimum of 2 years managing high-volume mobile UA and analyzing media buying performance.
• Mandatory experience operating within self-service advertising dashboards.
• Tech-savvy and analytical mindset: Knowledge of ad-serving mechanics and technical flows per channel.
• Capable of processing heavy datasets to generate actionable reporting and insights.
• Strong command of mobile attribution methodologies and tracking.
• Excellent capabilities in organization, logic, presenting findings, and troubleshooting.
• Advanced Excel skills are non-negotiable.
• Full professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Full-time, in-office position based in Tel Aviv (Sun-Thu).

• Familiarity with Cost-Per-Engagement (CPE) models.
