As we expand, we're looking for a VP of Product to join our great team!

As the VP Product, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and success of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the product life-cycle, from conceptualization to launch and beyond.

Your primary focus will be on creating a compelling product vision, developing and executing product strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture a team of product managers and cross-functional leaders. Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the product team.
• Manage the planning, development, and execution of all game projects. Ensure that products meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for our game portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure our games meet evolving market demands.
• Partner closely with senior leadership, including the VP R&D and VP of Monetization, to align product goals with technological capabilities and monetization strategies.
• Advocate for the user’s perspective within the organisation, integrating user research and behavioural analysis into product strategy. Establish processes to gather and act on user feedback.
• Establish KPIs to measure product success. Track performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and market trends.
• Stay informed on the latest gaming and technology trends to guide the product team towards cutting-edge development practices.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership roles, overseeing multiple product teams at a Director or Head of level.
• Outstanding leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and managing high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience as a Product Manager within the gaming industry.
• A strong track record of successfully launched games, showcasing expertise in game mechanics, user engagement, and market positioning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Game Design, or a related field- an advantage.
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in data-driven product design and decision-making.
• A deep passion for gaming and a thorough understanding of the gaming community and culture.
